Terms and Conditions

Those using the services of our providers immediately and automatically agree to be bound by their conditions, for example as regards to safety and cancellations. For example activities can be cancelled due to weather conditions, which could affect clients’ safety. JMG Adventures are not liable for your travel costs incurred when suppliers cancel activities at short notice. JMG adventures advise you to provide your own activity travel insurance for activities booked with us. A link is provided on this website.


JMG adventures reserve the right to make alterations to activities, where necessary, at any time due to circumstances beyond our control or in the interests of our clients’ health and safety. In the event of any such changes we endeavour to inform the lead client (the person who makes the booking on your behalf and who will be our point of contact (and any substitute for that person)) as soon as possible, who in turn automatically agree it is their responsibility to inform all members of their group.


All clients are responsible for their own personal possessions and for any damage you cause to property of our providers.


All activities we provide and describe on our website reflect our understanding of each activity and are given in good faith. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice. Some activities have restrictions due to health/safety/insurance, these may be detailed on our website but if in doubt ask at time of booking. Some activities also require participants to sign disclaimers before starting the activity.

 

PAYMENT

We take non-refundable deposits in full by credit card. However some activities may require full payments in advance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Delta.

 

DO I NEED TO BOOK/PAY IN ADVANCE?

Yes a deposit is required in advance, which is non- refundable, and then the balance to be paid on the day of activity. However some activities may require full payment in advance. 
Bookings should be made as early as possible, to ensure that space is available for your group on the day you require.

 

CAN I PAY ON THE DAY?

Yes, but usually deposits are paid in advance to confirm booking.
